Description: A brain or spinal cord injury is a life-altering and devastating injury frequently misunderstood by an uninformed public--the same public that is the jury pool. As an attorney for a brain or spinal cord injured client, you must educate the jury about such an injury and its impact on your clients life. E. Marcus Davis will explain, in detail, the cognitive, physical, emotional and behavioral changes and challenges brain and spinal cord injured clients experience. Mr. Davis will demonstrate how an attorney, using lay witnesses, demonstrative evidence, neuropsychiatrists, and life care planners, can translate the dramatic changes and challenges caused by such an injury into concrete damages.
