The body of the contract—what the parties are agreeing to—is preceeded and followed by other components.  This webcast considers what information you should include, and exclude, in the title, the introductory clause, the recitals, the lead-in, the concluding clause, and the signature blocks. Also discussed is the role of schedules and exhibits.
