Description: Contracts, now more than ever, include one or more clauses involving some form of intellectual property, but the common in-house generalist attorney may not have a strong enough background in intellectual property law to properly negotiate intellectual property terms. This program will highlight intellectual property issues that commonly arise in corporate contracts.
