Bryan A. Garner is editor in chief of Black's Law Dictionary®, author of many books, and president of LawProse, Inc. He has taught advocacy to more than 90,000 lawyers over the past 18 years. The New York Times calls Garner "a silver-penned legal-writing specialist."
