understanding of myriad statutory provisions and procedural rules. From analyzing “disinterestedness,”
to complying with the guidelines promulgated by the Office of the United Trustee, to following
applicable local rules regarding fee applications, each professional must dedicate time to understand,
and carefully follow, the governing framework.
