Drafting employee statements under privilege;

Gathering and preserving documents, electronic files, physical evidence;

Drafting litigation hold memos;

Reviewing OSHA’s discrimination policy on post-accident drug and alcohol testing and disciplining employees; and

Deciding whether to discipline an injured employee.
