The course would cover the important recent developments in Family Law, including the recent litigation on same-sex marriage and marriage recognition, surrogacy and other new reproductive technology cases, alimony reform, parental rights of unmarried parents, recognition of foreign family law judgments, premarital and marital agreements, and the proposed Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act.
