Rebecca Dunaway is litigation counsel with Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 energy services company based in San Diego. She joined the company in 2012 and specializes in business litigation and pre-litigation disputes, including breach of contract, trade disputes, project development and construction contracts, securities litigation, and quiet title actions.
Ms. Dunaway is licensed in both Colorado and California and previously worked for the Denver law firm Davis Graham & Stubbs, where she was an associate with the firm’s general commercial litigation practice group. In this role, she was involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters including construction disputes, products liability litigation, and complex contract matters.
Prior to joining Davis Graham & Stubbs, Ms. Dunaway was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Herbert L. Stern, III of the Denver District Court.
Ms. Dunaway received her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and earned a B.S. in business administration from Pepperdine University where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
Paul Meyer is Managing Counsel of the global eDiscovery and Data Management processes and a member of the Legal Department’s Leadership Team. He has been involved in shaping global information governance and risk management processes for many years, and continues to do so as the company has expanded from a global consulting firm into businesses as diverse as investment advisory services, administration of large employee benefit plans and the operation of large private healthcare exchanges.
Paul also supports that Risk and Litigation team as senior litigation counsel and has managed litigation issues throughout the word.
