Frank J. DeAngelis has close to twenty years of experience in domestic and international litigation. His experience includes first- and third- party coverage and claims defense, multi-layered policy defense of complex property losses, reinsurance, fire/arson losses, and property and casualty defense, all-risk and builder's risk policy defense, weather related catastrophic losses, environmental contamination, business interruption, time element, products liability defense, coal mining losses, defense of travel agents and tour operators under errors and omissions coverage, general commercial litigation, and real estate transactions.
Mr. DeAngelis has tried cases and argued appeals in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has also authored articles on litigation practice and emerging insurance issues. Mr. DeAngelis is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. DeAngelis is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and Seton Hall University School of Law, and a member emeritus of the Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni Association. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law since 2001, and was selected as the Adjunct Professor of the Year in 2009. Mr. DeAngelis was selected for inclusion in New York Metro Super Lawyers, 2013, New Jersey Super Lawyers, 2012, Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2008-2010, as well as the New Jersey Law Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2009. He serves as the Chair of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District V-A Ethics Committee. Mr. DeAngelis was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit that provides pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence.
William (Bill) Wilson is a partner with the law firm of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass. Since 1998, he has been responsible for running the Firm's New Jersey office. Bill primarily defends insurance and reinsurance companies and other commercial clients in matters involving insurance coverage disputes, contract disputes, and products liability, employer liability, premises liability, and general tort claims. He has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, and has litigated cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey and throughout the United States.
Bill is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania bars. He also is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York.
He is a frequent lecturer and has published a number of articles on litigation topics and insurance issues.
