What is the general issue? Why this is important now?
The general issue is procuring and confirming additional insured coverage. This issue is critical to businesses today, as it allows businesses the opportunity to access assets held by other companies, without impairing or impacting their own insurance assets. It also is crucial for insurance companies that are analyzing the scope of coverage that is sought and that will be provided to named and additional insureds.
