Description:

Net metering is a billing arrangement where customers who produce their own electricity can receive a credit on their electric utility bills for any extra electricity produced by the customer that flows back onto the electric utility’s distribution system.

Are you thinking of or already representing a renewables developer hoping to pursue a net metering project in Massachusetts?  There's a lot to know and understand before you assist your client in navigating the existing net metering regulatory framework, and our distinguished panel of experts is here to help!

Join us for an overview of net metering direct from the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities.  Hear firsthand from the new net metering System of Assurance Administrator who provides guidance for applying for (and maintaining) a position in the net metering queue.  The panel also provides practical tips for facilitating the process from the utility perspective. Finally, attendees hear the developers' perspective through an interactive question and answer session among the panelists.  Join us to get informed about this exciting emergining enterprise!
