After an accomplished career practicing law and defending numerous high-profile clients since the 1960s, he served as chairman and CEO of IMPAC Control Systems, Inc.'s North American operations in Florida. Currently, he operates Bailey & Elliott Consulting out of Yarmouth, Maine. Baileys involvement with notable cases and clients throughout his legal career include the likes of OJ Simpson, Samuel Sheppardwhose case was the inspiration for the television series and movie The Fugitive, Patty Hearst, Ernest Medina, the Boston Strangler, Dr. Carl A. Coppolino, and William & Chantal McCorkle. Bailey is an accomplished author of dozens of books, including fiction, non-fiction, and legal publications.
