Description:

Building on the foundational teachings in Course 1, this course enables lawyers to apply legal project management concepts, behaviors and processes to their daily work.  Integrating case studies based on actual legal matters, the course will help you achieve clear and measurable improvement in the productivity and efficiency of your legal work. The course takes you through the phases of legal project management -- including conducting stakeholder analysis, scoping work, budgeting, communications planning, and assessing risks -- and provides templates you can use in managing your client work. 

Credit is pending in Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, Ohio, and Wyoming and the program may not be completed in these states before approval is received. Credit will not be available in Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.  

ATTENTION CANADIAN ATTORNEYS: To fulfill the interaction requirements of Canadian provinces' CPD regulations, two or more colleagues must be involved at the same time when watching or listening to recorded programs.
