This course will help you begin to develop the management and communication skills necessary to efficiently and effectively handle legal matters. It sets forth the fundamental processes that drive increased efficiency and productivity, helping you to understand the details to scope projects, develop accurate budgets and communication plans, and conduct risk analyses.
A prerequisite to the Legal Project Management Skills Training course, after completing this course you will have a working knowledge of LPM terminology and principles, as well as a foundational understanding of legal project management concepts.
Credit is pending in Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, Ohio, and Wyoming and the program may not be completed in these states before approval is received. Credit will not be available in Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
