Live Credit Group Viewing Programs

Live Credit Group Viewings are a hybrid product where a live webcast is remotely broadcasted to a group of attorneys. This design allows attorneys to receive Live In-Person credit for participating in a Live Webcast in a group setting.

If you already have this addition to your subscription, please refer to the below information on the product guidelines.

If you do not have this addition and are interested in learning more, please contact your account manager or the sales department with any questions via email at west.wlec-sales@thomson.com or via phone at 1.800.495.9378.

Requirements:

  1. Accreditation is only available for states listed: DE, GA, IN, KS, LA, ME, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT and WV.
  2. Subscription administrator must submit the request form at least 14 days prior to the event using the "Request Form" link found to the right on this page.
  3. Organizations must select a live webcast. West LegalEdcenter cannot offer live credit for group viewings of on demand content. Programs produced by NBI, Inc (The National Business Institute, Inc.) are currently excluded from this program.
  4. The organization must provide a moderator, who may be one of the attendee attorneys. The moderator will be responsible for monitoring attendees, verifying all sign in and out and complete affidavits, starting the program, moderating discussion among live attendees, and submitting questions to the speaker of the live webcast during the event.
  5. This program requires each event to have at least 3 attorney attendees (5 attorneys in Louisiana). This number is subject to change.
  6. All attendees must register prior to the event. Be sure that attendees register for the live program, not the live webcast. The subscription administrator will be sent a link to the live program to include in invitations to the event to make registration easier for attendees.
  7. Organizations must allow outside attorneys to attend or credit will not be available. Closed events are subject to many other rules and regulations and will not be supported through this program.
  8. Subscription administrators and moderators must review the instruction sheet prior to the event to ensure that requirements are being met. Questions about logistics should be sent to your account manager.
