A: Discussion forums are chat boards that are required by North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia for MCLE regulatory compliance. They are not required by any other state. If you are claiming credit in North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia, you must visit the discussion forum at least once during the program to view the posted comments.

You may also post comments about the program. Posted comments can be viewed by everyone accessing the discussion forum and by MCLE regulators. Discussion forums are not moderated and posted comments are not edited. Neither West LegalEdcenter nor the content provider are responsible for the content of posted comments. It is not required that you post a comment in order to receive credit.
