A. While viewing programs displayed in My CLE Knowledge Center or a search result, click Add to Cart next to the program you want to purchase. The program you selected is displayed at the Shopping Cart page. Click Continue Searching to find additional programs you want to purchase. When you have finished selecting programs, click Purchase Now in the shopping cart.
Please note that only one Federal Publications Seminars or West Legalworks conference can be purchased in a single Shopping Cart session. Live conferences cannot be combined with any other type of program purchase.
If you have not registered with West LegalEdcenter or if you have not signed in to the site, you will be prompted to do so. A credit card, West LegalEdcenter subscription or promotion code, is required to purchase a program.
A: To add or change your credit card information, click My Profile under My West LegalEdcenter on the left side of any page and click Add, edit, or delete a credit card.
A: If you have specified more than one payment method, click Other Payment Options at the Shopping Cart page. Select an option from the Saved Payment Options drop-down list and click Continue. The payment method is changed at the Shopping Cart page.

A: A Purchase Confirmation screen is displayed when your purchase is complete. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
To view all of your West LegalEdcenter purchases, click My Programs under My West LegalEdcenter on the left side of any page, then click the Purchase History tab.
A: Click Shopping Cart on the toolbar to view programs you have added to your cart. If you want to review accreditation or other program information, click the program title.
A: After submitting your order, you can access a program by clicking the Start Program button on the Confirmation page or in Current Enrollments.
We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds for programs where a Certificate of Completion has been issued. We do, however, want to know if you are unhappy with the quality of a program. In these instances, please email our Quality Assurance Department at content@westlegaledcenter.com.
Please note that requests for refunds may take up to five business days to process.
For West Legalworks and Federal Publications Seminars live conferences, there are no cancellations permitted less than two weeks prior to the start of the event.
For Podcasts, there are no returns or exchanges for any program that has been downloaded.
Q: How can I pay the displayed member price?
A: To qualify for member-discounted prices, you must have an active membership with the content partner of the program you want to purchase. You must be sure to update your profile with your membership information to receive applicable discounts. To update this information, click My Profile under My West LegalEdcenter on the left side of any page. Then click Update your bar admission and membership information, choose your membership from the drop-down menu and click Save.
