Crimes invading the workplace may present the biggest risks for your clients--individuals and employers. The biggest challenge to you is: What you don't know can severely hurt your client.
Are you prepared for financial crimes, crimes against the person, subpoenas, and dealing with accusations of criminal off site conduct? This area will present the employment and criminal lawyer with many challenges. You may have to reassess everything you know about attorney client privilege, when to fire an accused employee, and even whether you represent the company, the accused or the victim.
