Representatives from the bench and bar will discuss the latest developments in the law of trade secrets and restrictive covenants in Massachusetts. Attorneys Herlihy, Shea and Perlman have had substantial experience in this area, advising numerous clients – both employers and employees – as to their respective rights, as well as litigating these matters when necessary. Judge Hinkle has presided over many trade secrets and restrictive covenants cases, and will provide invaluable insights from the perspective of the bench.
The panelists will also examine the implications of pending legislation that would adopt the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and would create statutory standards for restrictive covenants in Massachusetts.
