Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education

The Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (“JPPCLE, Inc.”) is a not for profit organization dedicated to providing continuing legal education primarily in the field of patent law and practice. The JPPCLE, Inc. presents an annual, one-day seminar featuring knowledgeable speakers (including judges, government officials, and experienced attorneys) who discuss recent cases, legislation, and regulations involving patent law and practice in a comprehensive and concise format, and publishes a book containing written material prepared by the seminar speakers. The JPPCLE, Inc.’s mission is to continue to provide educational programs to facilitate the diffusion of knowledge and understanding of patent law and practice. The First Annual Joint Patent Seminar was held at the New York Penta on May 7, 1985. The seminar has been held every year thereafter.
