The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, the public-interest law firm involved in some of the nation's most talked about cases, will soon offer online programs for continuing legal education (CLE) credit. The group is providing quarterly CLE updates on religious freedom issues exclusively online at West LegalEdcenter.

West LegalEdcenter, the nation's leading online CLE service from Thomson West, offers up-to-the-minute programs in partnership with the country’s most respected CLE and professional education providers. Adding programs from The Becket Fund will allow attorneys to engage in provocative and timely discussions while also fulfilling CLE requirements.

"We're excited to partner with West LegalEdcenter to reach the widest possible audience," said Anthony Picarello, The Becket Fund's vice president and general counsel. "Our goal is to provide the latest developments in religious freedom law — from zoning to employment, from schools to prisons."

"Law and religion often generate strong feelings," added Lee Ann Enquist, general manager of West LegalEdcenter. "This partnership is a perfect opportunity to provide attorneys with additional resources and a broader perspective."

West LegalEdcenter includes unmatched innovative features, such as personalized program recommendations; simplified CLE tracking; links from program materials to Westlaw®, the leading online research service from West; customer service and technical support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; and the most comprehensive law firm and corporate law department CLE Administrators Tool Kit for easy and seamless management of CLE attendance and usage.
