Sessions from the 29th annual Garrett Corporate and Securities Law Institute are now available on-demand through West LegalEdcenter.
Made possible by collaboration between West LegalEdcenter and Northwestern University School of Law, the 10 online courses offer practical tips for operating in todays legal environment and cover topics such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), executive compensation, accounting and governance.
Of particular interest to attorneys seeking continuing legal education (CLE) credits is the mock M&A argument before Justice Jack B. Jacobs of the Delaware Supreme Court. The mock argument and discussion address key process concerns, conflict and fiduciary issues, and the availability and practicality of various legal remedies.
